Summary: They first told us we can have a late check out but then they only gave us one room for the late check out. Our rooms were very far from each other. They also did not allow any outside food in the hotel which was weird. The beach was very hard to get to.

Summary: We were on a trip for my husbands birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it as special as possible with assigning us a lovely room (and allowing us to check in 4 hours early) to providing him with a cake and even singing! The room was large with a great view, very clean. The breakfast buffet was huge with a good variety of options and the grounds/pool are immaculate with plenty of area's to choose from depending on whether you want quiet or a little more life. The access to the Dead Sea was good and the 'lift' was much appreciated. I absolutely cannot fault the hotel and cannot wait to return asap
