Positive: The bed was sooo comfy and the shower was fantastic. The apartment is in a really quiet location - pretty much silent at night - yet one street across/2 mins away you’ve got the cafes, bars and supermarkets. The street and neighborhood are just beautiful. There’s a little bar across the road but we really didn’t hear a sound and they were all done by 10.30pm. The flat is no more than 5 minutes walk from the Dom (centre of town). It was spotlessly clean. Art was friendly and was available to meet us on arrival. He’d supplied two fluffy towels each and a welcome tinny in the fridge. We would definitely stay again, although we missed access to outside space.

Negative: It’s quite expensive and we thought we’d offset some of the cost by self-catering. While the kitchen area looks great, it’s not really set up for anything more than getting a quick snack together. It’s not a cook’s kitchen. But this probably isn’t an issue for most people because there are so many places to eat out. I think some reviews I read had mentioned a smell and it does smell slightly odd (dampproof treatment smell if anyone knows that!) but we just opened the window and it was fine.

Positive: The host was friendly, communicative and welcoming. The accomodation was lovely and exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent - a perfect base from which to explore the city on foot. I would happily stay again!

Negative: Sadly the bathtub was out of order.

Positive: The property was immaculate, with beautiful hardwood floors, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I stayed longer. The host was also exceptionally welcoming.

Negative: The house seemed a bit old, and I could hear footsteps from the floor above. Additionally, there was some construction work next door, which led to early morning noise. However, this wasn’t a major issue as I was up early regardless.
