Positive: The entire hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Although there was a private party at the hotel restaurant during our stay, they went out of their way to prepare a meal for our family which they delivered to our room.

Summary: A charming, very special hotel with an exceptional staff. Strongly recommend.

Positive: What a great find! I was staying alone with my three young children which is anxiety inducing enough but they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Beautiful garden and playground (with a games box!) for them to safely run around in. We all slept wonderfully. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Negative: The gaping hole at the top of the door as you climb up the stairs 😱
