Positive: Great location, perfect for quiet walks in nature and fields. Very friendly owner and quiet neighborhood. Lovely (very clean!) place to stay and fully equipped with all necessities.

Negative: Even though the bedroom had darkening curtains, there was still quite some light coming in through the kitchen when the sun came up.
