Summary: Friendly hotel close to the centre of town. Some parking available but the spaces are a tight fit.

Summary: Nice restaurant with rooms, well set up for those of us cycling through - and there were lots of cyclists staying. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Summary: Garden courtyard atmosphere! Nice Deep bathtub. Foul smell through corridor to outside street. Nearby parking full so had to park some distance away.

Summary: The hotel is clean and we'll managed. Breakfast was OK. The staff was welcoming and very nice. Two minuses though- lots of mosquitos (no nets on the windows) and the apartment we got was upscale two floors with narrow stairs, which was not mentioned when booking and was hard to climb with small kids and luggages. Location is great for star trips to alkmaar, texel, Amsterdam, zansse and so. Buttom line: I definitely recommend.

Summary: Wonderful, family operated hotel in Hoorn. Staff are competent and breakfast was excellent. Stayed alone but will return with my family. Next time, however, I will deny Expedia their massive fee and book directly with the hotel. Cheers, Robert.
