Summary: The hotel's staff was basically friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was convenient just beside of the Central Station. In the hotel room there were some needs and malfunction like air condition. Breakfast was okay.

Summary: Next to the trainstation, everything walking distance, chinese restaurant in the hotel was fantastic

Summary: I have stayed here a few times the staff are friendly and it's close to the train station and convenient for my needs as I'm not so mobile as I used to be. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. On phoning reception I was to they didn't have any. However when I spoke to a different concierge the next day I was provided with the tea/coffee making things I needed. There was a safe in the room, however this didn't work. I mentioned this again to reception. But nothing was done the whole we we were there. The convenience of the station and the closeness to the diamond district mean it's idea for me but I would probably look at a different hotel for my next visit to Antwerp
