Positive: The room was spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. And there was air conditioning in the room, which was a life-saver because I happened to be in Leuven during a severe heatwave. Transportation was easy enough. There was a bus stop just around the corner, which brought you to the train station in one stop.
Negative: The shower wasn't very nice. There was no curtain or sliding door, so the water may splash on the floor if you were not careful enough. On my first day, the water pressure was weak and there was no hot water. I reported the issue, and it was fixed very quickly.

Negative: The bathroom is the only thing that wasn't as nice, it's very small, and the water pressure for the shower is very weak

Positive: The apartment was even nicer than I expected. There is an incredible panoramic view of Leuven through the windows of the apartment on the 9th floor. The apartment was well furnished and equipped. Having the bar/café downstairs was especially nice. The location is also very nice and within walking distance of the city center.
Negative: Using the app to be able to unlock the elevator in the evenings to go up to the apartment did not work as there is no signal inside the elevator. So, I had to ask for help at the bar or take the stairs a few times until I was given a badge to unlock the elevator in the evenings. The staff said they are working on resolving this issue though. Only other minor issues with the apartment were that it did not come with any soap for washing hands or dishes and that the bathroom with the shower was not as nice as the rest of the apartment.
Summary: Very comfortable apartment with amazing panoramic view!
