Negative: Unable to order Grab transport , but concierge able to order cab. Do note it’s far from Tg Pinang Food preparation at De Cliff cafe is super slow at dinner time , 6pm

Positive: Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The resort gives a local vibe since it’s far from the tourist spot. There are in-house activities to do (chargeable but there is a discount for those staying at the resort). Really love the villa! It was just right for my stay.

Negative: Inaccessible by Grab/Gojek. You’d need to book transportation out of the resort through reception but that’s dependent on their availability. Best to inform in advance (which I did, told them the day before the time I wanted to leave but still waited for >30 minutes for the driver & car to be ready).
