Positive: In essence, it is a really fantastic place, which i would definitely recommend immediately. Friendly people and all the things are present. A place that is on our fixed list as we visit the area every 3 months.
Negative: We had the unfortunate bad luck that it was super(!) hot weather that day and night for Belgium. There is airco in the main living area which makes it very pleasant but not in the bed room. We had to open the windows to make it a bit cooler in the night. But on a farm, where of course, in this kind of heat, you need fans for cooling down the animals which suffer from the heat too, combined with frog season, it was slightly noisy in the night. Eventually we slept in the living room where there is also sleep arrangements which was a nice alternative and cooler. Just an unfortunate, rare circumstance.

Negative: The frogs in the pond out back were incredibly noisy all night long. I don't know if this is a regular thing or just bad timing on our part

Positive: Lovely stay on a working farm. Great countryside and very close proximity to the coast and other attractions. Ideal for a family stay. Breakfast made of a number of the farm products and possibility to have a short tour around the farm. Great for children, and adults!

Positive: Lovely quiet area and spacious main room.
Negative: The booking was for 4 beds but in in the bedroom the two beds were joined together and made up as a double with one duvet. The other two beds were in the very large living area. The light in the area outside the bathroom and toilet was automatic and came on at night when anyone used the area and was very bright

Positive: Size of space, comfy bed. There appears to be everything you need to cook, but we were only overnighting. Shower space amazing, separate toilet.
Negative: It is described as 2 bedroom, it is 1 bedroom and a large open space for extra beds and kitchen etc. There is a single put up bed and a sofa bed, the put up bed not suitable for large adults. Hard water.

Positive: It's lovely to look out of the window at night and see the cows by the light of the decorative lights around the trampoline! I think this would be a good place for children to stay, especially as there is so much space in the main room.
Negative: I found the smell from the drains a bit disturbing, but that may be fixed now and it didn't bother my partner at all. The automatic light that comes on when you enter the bathroom area is very bright and makes you fully awake if you get up in the night! We realised this too late - I expect the owner could have done something if we'd asked.
Summary: Spacious flat above an exercise room on a farm.
