Positive: 1. Good, neat & well maintained Property 2. Swimming pool is good 3. Small garden with good flowering plants 4. Optimal space for parking 4-5 Cars 5. Well accessible from prime road 6. It's a gated property with good security

Negative: 1. Except one staff others need not even bother our stay 2. Tea is not served in spite of repeated requests & not a part of complimentary breakfast 3. Complimentary breakfast is outsourced locally 4. Quality of breakfast is not upto standards 5. Our door lock got stuck and had to leave it open the next day - later it was fixed

Positive: The overall cleanliness was nice and it's a new well-maintained property. The location is relatively good, with a 3 km drive to the nearest beach but relative far (8 km) from white town. The staff were nice despite being short staffed. There is a cute little pool which is clean and nice for a splash.

Negative: The in room facilities were basic. Had to ask for soaps and towels. No kettle or tea kit provided. No dining facility though we appreciated the packed breakfast in the room. Parking space wasn't enough and created problems with other lodgers. Overall, it wasn't worth the Rs 6000/ night for family of 3, even though the spike can be attributed to the peak season.

Summary: It was an average stay. Good clean new property but not value for money.
