Summary: The location was perfect and the community was very nice and quiet. I enjoyed long walks through the community (which actually runs 2 miles deep. The property was perfectly located, near places to eat, salons and stores, also only a few miles off 95. I felt peace and a beautiful welcoming spirit everyday, I really enjoyed my time there, just what I needed as I cross over into a new chapter of my life.

Summary: Booking was a simple and painless process. Communication with the owner after the hurricanes that hit Daytona about possible damage was a sigh of relief. When the booked time came closer communication didn't change still super efficient. Location of home was ideal for us far enough out of city but yet close to the city. With it being right across the street from airport didn't really hear any airplanes. Thank you for the hospitality

Summary: This was a great place for sleeping, we built and ran then tour down Rockville Music Festival, also it was nice and clean, great shower's, friendly neighbors. Actually better than I was expecting, for Daytona. Being I'm A Floridian. The parking was the only miner negative, but we made it work. Also more toilet paper would have been nice, only 1roll.

Summary: This is an apartment in an apartment complex and not a condo. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The great location close to shopping and restaurants. There was one parking space for this apartment and very limited additional parking. Most of the residence were very nice accommodating but we experienced two domestic arguments during our stay they were not very pleasant

Summary: This is an apartment complex, not a condo, and it is incredibly rundown. We arrived after dark and didn’t see the grounds until the next morning. It is in desperate need of repair. Had I been presented with an honest view of this place I never would have booked. We had to get towed on a Sunday morning to have a flat replaced after running over a carpet tack strip that had been left in the center of the parking lot. The pool sits about 50 ft away from the complex’s dumpster, which was so full of garbage that it was all over the ground both inside and outside the the wooden encasement meant to hide it from view. There was more than one “domestic altercation” during our stay. These are things outside what the owner can control, but still greatly affected our stay. The kitchen is well stocked, everything organized nicely. The fridge and stove were clean. The over the range fan is not properly installed. The downstair’s floors were clean, I walked around in white socks, no dirt on them. The bathrooms were another thing. The shower heads and curtains had red mold on them and the toilet bowls were really bad. The sheets and pillows desperately need replaced. There were mens boxer briefs, a sippy cup and a ball cap under one of the beds. The carpet had vacuum lines but we kept finding bits of plastic by stepping on them. The hand soap dispenser was filled with water. Less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The patio is cracked, rundown and a safety hazard. The plastic lawn chairs provided are broken. My husband had to put the screen slider back on the track. Most of these issues listed were no big deal. We bought cleaning supplies, cheap bed sheets, blankets and towels as well as pillows from Walmart to use during our stay. Going on year two of Covid I know it is hard to get help. So maybe the cleaning person is overwhelmed, or maybe the owner has to do it herself. I empathize, but I just didn’t feel safe here. I don’t know if it was the appearance of the buildings, the unchecked garbage piles, the behavior of some of the tenants (especially after dark) or the fact that I had no idea who else had the (unchangeable) entry code to the front door. We only stayed for 7 days of our 14 day planned vacation. Had we had our children with us I wouldn’t have stayed, as it was, my husband and I haven’t had a getaway, just the two of us, for quite sometime, so we just dealt with it. I wish it had been otherwise.
