Positive: The staff was very nice and polite.It’s very cozy it’s got a jacuzzi,fire place and a balcony.Kitchen tool are very new and the place is very clean.Its a 2 minute drive to port Campbell and a 20 minute drive to the 12 apostle.I highly staying here it got farms animal like sheep, chicken and fish

Positive: The room was easily accessible and had all the essentials that one would have wanted. Was pleasantly surprised. Clean, well stocked with clean utensils.

Negative: The place was very cold and the only air conditioner in the room was a bit insufficient to warm the room with the hot air blowing in only one direction. But, the room was nevertheless comfortable. The place should have been better lit up; we landed at 6:30pm and firstly it was difficult to find the property and after entering the lane, we got lost trying to find the way to the reception. Was a bit frustrating.
