Positive: Room was nice. Warm, clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The hotel had just reopened after refurbishment, and the receptionist told us they were having a few issues. So basically, the TV didn't work, the kettle didn't work but was replaced as soon as we told them. There was no WiFi.

Positive: Bed was comfortable and quiet room plus the staff were pleasant.

Negative: Hard to find not well signposted at all, took ages to find and no parking near hotel. Had to divert to come back round to come to same spot. Eventually parked car on foot went to enquire re location. Then finally found. Their sign was illuminated from car park couldn’t see hotel till you walked up to it. No soap/ shampoo in shower dispenser. Informed staff member when leaving as had shower before leaving. Also not happy that have a parking charge of £5 for parking which when I enquired with staff stated booking.com had added !!! Not informed before add this is not on at all.

Positive: Lovely comfy room, slept very well. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Quiet, considering it's in a services.

Negative: I had to wait about 10 minutes at reception to check out as no-one was there. The parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel and you don't have sight of your car.
