Summary: Our stay was going great until the last few nights of our stay when a group of young girls kept running up and down our hallway and conversing with other right outside our door and this lasted for 2-3 hours. Then on the last night of our stay the adults who were with the same group of girls were just as loud. Also, we were not impressed with the breakfast as when we went down there was no meat available to make a breakfast sandwich with and we were disappointed that there was no waffle maker(s). Then after we checked out, we remembered that we had left some items in our refrigerator and when my son went back in for them the desk clerk went down to the room as he followed her but she wouldn't let him inside with her and she came out into the hallway and said that all she had found was a bag which had some leftover food items in it. He then told her that there was also a couple of drink bottles in the refrigerator and she said they weren't there and that housekeeping must have thrown them out whiich was an odd response because if they threw out the drinks then they would have thrown out the food as well. I hope they enjoy our drinks as there was only a sip taken from each so maybe they'll catch our colds. Would not stay at this location again.

Summary: Room was clean bed and pillows incredibly comfortable Downfalls. Less options at breakfast buffet then they used to be. No face cloths in our room. And a bunch of teenagers running loose in the hotel without adult supervision, climbing on the workout equipment in the fitness room messing around in the laundry room Stopping driers by opening the doors, etc.

Summary: Pool was disgusting, hot tub was broke, weve stayed here multiple times within the last few years its a great family hotel bit it keeps getting worse every time.

Summary: We got a decent deal on the presidential suite. Our family, when possible, likes to book rooms with separate spaces to allow the kids a quiet space. In terms of the space of this room it was great! Also, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Also it was a decently stocked free breakfast. This said our bed had what my wife and I called a ‘crevasse’. The biggest issue was cleanliness and smells. Different parts of the halls and even the room had a musky/moldy smell, which one of the sources became clear (see picture of the stairwell below). Our room had dust all over the floor, including bobby pins on the hard floor, blood stain on the wall under the sink, visible toys from previous people under the couches, smudged dining table ect. I guess it’s tough to want to lysol your whole room upon arrival. If your single and passing though town and the price is right sure stay here but if not I’m sure there far cleaner choices.
