Positive: The hotel is clean and the front door staff are knowledgeable.

Negative: The location was far from the area we were visiting. The bed mattress needs to be replaced. It squeaked every time I rolled over thus waking me up

Negative: A night staff slid a statement under our door at 3:30 in the morning. They knew we had a small dog with us. When they slid the paper under the door the dog did his job and sounded the alarm waking both of us up. When I asked the clerk why he did that he simply responded” Sorry”. So it cost us over $700 for a two and a half night stay. We checked out at 4:30 in the morning as it was impossible to go back to sleep. Not happy about this lack of good judgement on the part of the night staff.
