Summary: It was decent, front desk lady was nice but when we arrived to our room it smelled a lot like bleach. The rooms were kind of clean, a few hairs here and there. The bathroom was okay as well, the shower would take a few minutes to drain, it would collect up some dirty water. The TV would have very limited channels available. The pool, the first day we arrived was very dirty, green murky water, until later that night they had cleaned up the water.

Summary: Hotel is not only run down, it is extremely dirty. Windows, floors, walls, mattresses, and bathrooms were caked in previous use. Almost every inch of the hotel that was visible was needing some type of cleaning. I normally would never write a review like this, it was absolutely disgusting.

Summary: When my wife and I got to the motel, we were waiting in line to check in, when the person in front of us started yelling and being totally unreasonable with the lady behind the desk. She tried to work with the person who was yelling, but he was totally unreasonable. She handled it very well and very professionally.

Summary: This hotel needs a good deep clean. Carpets were soiled. Walls were dingy. It just looks and feels old and dirty inside. Towels were old and grayish from use. AC in my room worked, but was very noisy, along with the bathroom fan than whined and the shower drain that didn’t drain. There was a team of HS athletes, and many of them were in rooms that didn’t have working AC, so they were sleeping on floors in rooms that had some relief from the heat. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Yogurt was warm even though I took it from the fridge, no sauce, ketchup or salsa for the eggs, and the apple juice was ridiculously diluted. No fresh fruit - just carbs. I won’t be staying here again

Summary: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock hard. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. When we used the elevator, it made this horrible clunking sound, and actually before we left, it wasn’t working at all. So we had to schlep our luggage down the stairs. The whole place should have been refurbished about 20 years ago. We booked a room for two people, but were given only one set of towels. We asked for another set, and they said that they’d send it up. However, my husband had to go down the next morning to get another set of towels. Very, very disappointed in the hotel.

Summary: A quick overnight stop between visits to Badlands, Mt. Rushmore and Crazy horse and then heading to Devils Tower. Great location that is very close to the city park and trail system.
