Summary: No parking except street parking. Paid online and specifically asked when manager looked lost that he was only putting incidentals on my cc. I was charged twice and it took two days to be refunded. I do appreciate the girl who answered for making sure it got done. Hotel is in the hood in Staten Island. Wouldn’t stay again

Summary: Average in most aspects-while the room was clean and newish-it lacked amenities which would have been appreciated. No coffee maker or tea kettle. Having to go downstairs whenever thinking of having a hot beverage was annoying. Needing to dress and undress. Parking on the streets was as well time consuming as often there was no available parking, thus driving around for a bit until one opened up and then having to walk a block or two to the hotel.
