Summary: after reading all the 10/10 reviews I guess I was expecting a bit more from this hotel.Its pretty run down and dated but the room was clean and service/check-in was good.Its located on a Very busy noisy corner.Breakfast was pretty good and well stocked.Rooms in Sioux Falls were quite pricy so for the 79$ we spent on our room I guess I’m ok with our stay here pretty average place but definitely not a 10/10

Summary: The first room I was given was very moldy. The smell was so strong that it burned my sinuses. I had an asthma issue as a result. I didn’t go past the restroom area of the room. The smell hit me as soon as I opened the door. To the hotel’s benefit, the desk clerk immediately gave me a different room and examined it first. They also sprayed the room.

Summary: Bed was comfortable. We were on the side next to a busy street so it was a little noisy for a while. The toilet was leaking water at the base, but they didn’t have another room. The brought extra bath mats to put across the floor. No restaurants in walking distance. Had to use Uber to go for dinner.

Summary: This place is like a 1 star motel. The breakfast was of the lowest quality possible. The walls were so thin that the sound of someone snoring next door was keeping me up at night. Had a feeling that this wasn’t the safest place that one could stay at but I could be wrong about that. This was just a first impression.

Summary: We were making a stop over from vacation. Room was clean. Person who checked us in was definitely not the friendliest. When I asked what the easiest way to get to the room was she pointed to the back. Upon getting to the back door, it does not lock so anyone can come and go.

Summary: Average hotel, nothing remarkable. I was only there for one night. My room seemed to be clean and the ac worked. The hotel is under re modeling, so hopefully it gets better. The cable was out when i was there and they were working until 10pm on re surfacing the parking lot. I didn't care for that because my room overlooked the parking lot, it smelled and i didn't even have tv to help drown out the noise. The breakfast selection was slim.
