Summary: It was perfect for an overnight stay for a college orientation weekend event. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. If I had anything to complain about, the vanity light took a minute to come on, but it did come on and the fridge platform was off balance so we had to lift up the fridge to open it. We didn't use it that much, though. Overall, 5/5.

Summary: I asked for a room on the bottom floor and received one on 3rd floor. I told the very rude desk lady my husband has a hard time walking up stairs and she told me the room on bottom floor is on other side and farther and wouldn’t give it to me. My husband is handicapped and so had to walk up stairs which was very hard on him. The breakfast was nothing more than cereal and bread. We had to find a restaurant to eat breakfast! We had an event we went to and when we came back, we walked past desk and the lady yelled asking if we had room there and said you’re in a restricted area so excuse me why would you chase down your quests! and we were heading to the stairway! Also our room was never cleaned! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Summary: Walkways and railings were absolutely disgusting, as were doors and handles. We didn't feel particularly safe either as there were many people just hanging around the property.
