Summary: I was very impressed. They had a posting regarding rights of service dog owners. It didnt apply to me on this trip, but i now I will be welcomed.

Summary: It was ok for one night, but wouldn’t stay beyond that. It’s a motel, also, not a hotel. They gave us only one towel. Beds are not comfortable. There is no comforter or heavy blanket- just a sheet and sheet like “bedspread”. Our room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom was broken, so every time this motion sensor went off the fan would start up and bath light would come on. The fan made this horrendous noise, and you could shut it off , but that’d only last u til the motion sensor triggered it again.

Summary: This hotel is NOT as pictured. First off, we booked two rooms, one king and one double bed, the first time we checked into one of the rooms the lady was cool, nice and seen both CORRECT reservations. We went to worlds of fun and came back and some lady staff with a unibrow was trying to argue with us about our reservation even though i was showing her the receipt! Then although she was trying to denie us the two bed room we already paid for, was being rude as fuk then insisting we say please and thank you?! - i am nice but not nice to rude people. We literally had to fight with her just to get the correct room we already paid for! When we booked this hotel it showed it having a gym, pool, etc. this hotel was a motel 6 - they dont even have the correct address for the hotel and we kept missing it. We arrived in our room and there was hair all in the sink, drain exposed and it just wasn’t some where you’d bring a family for a WOF trip. The tv didn’t work that well either. Positives? AC worked. A place to sleep i guess… we paid about $300 for two rooms, really disappointed, a bunch of meth heads running around (which isnt the hotels fault - they have to make $ somehow but a hotel to bring your family? Eh no.) don’t usually write reviews but the way the unibrow lady tried to treat us, yeah DON’T BOOK.

Summary: The beds were very uncomfortable. There was only a sheet and no blankets on the bed. Only one bath towel was provided. OH also it’s basically a Motel 6 as it said on the lobby and on the key card provided. “Breakfast” was a paper bag with 2 muffins and a small bottle of Sunny D.

Summary: No plug for the tub and no lil bottlesof shampoo and conditioner. Also only 1 bar of soap. So i couldnt really take a shower or bath

Summary: After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to stay but now I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean and recently updated. We had hot showers. The place was quiet and the beds fairly comfortable. I will be staying there again.
