Summary: I was in RM 106. Upon check in, girl behind counter would not look at me, more interested in her phone. Blood on breezeway that looked like it had been there a while. Toilet not cleaned with seat falling off. TV channel guide provided was not accurate with language on TV in Spanish and could not be changed to English. Room pass key--one worked of the two for one night but neither worked next morning. When brought to attention of those behind the desk-they were very nonchalant telling me it was the cold weather-yet the people in adjoining rooms were able to use theirs --- why? In all the years that I have stayed there, this was the worst - may have to go elsewhere.

Summary: The bed was too hard and the toilet too low for my wife to get off. Noted a very dirty mess at the laundry area. No protection on the sink or tune to prevent something dropped to enter the drain.
