Positive: The cleanliness of the room! And the quiet location of the room.

Negative: The breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs had been left in the pan a little too long and were brown (tho not yet burned) throughout. Also, I would’ve appreciated a meat option (sausage or bacon). Finally, the paper plates were very thin and flimsy and wouldn’t hold much food without collapsing.

Summary: A 7 out of 10. But the room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Positive: The manager did the right thing and made the adjustment appropriate to the problems we had. While we didn't use it there was a nice, kid friendly pool.

Negative: In room safe was locked and inexperienced check in agent promised to help but was unable. Computer in "business center" didn't work. When we arrived the superior king room we reserved was on 2nd floor with no elevator. Since we had a lot of luggage, carrying to second floor was out of the question. Keep this in mind if you reserve the superior king room and have trouble navigating stairs with luggage. Agent "upgraded" us to standard first floor room with 2 queens, which was fine but not the room I reserved. Plus the room was around the back and I was told a luggage cart was at the back entrance. It wasn't. Finally the price stated on the invoice was $10 higher than what I reserved, although the manager's $40 adjustment addressed this issue. Finally the breakfast was really disappointing. There were no eggs and the attendant said they would be available in 10 minutes. She then went outside for a smoke and a phone call. Eggs never arrived by the time we gave up and left.No bread, no fruit, although the absent attendant brought oranges as we were leaving. Numerous guests walked in and walked right out when they observed what was available, principally barely warm sausage gravy and biscuits. Like I said, not perfect.
