Summary: The beds were comfy. It was quiet and good location. Rooms were in desperate need of a make over and paint etc. Very run down but it did the job for our 2 nights.

Summary: The property around the area is a dirt area and right next to a car wash, which can be noisy. I was surprised that none of the rooms have transparency curtains. I had a room on the first floor, and when I open the curtains, everyone walking by can see inside, like it's part of a zoo. The bed creaks. On the good side, the TV reception is quite good. The staff is very friendly. I did not eat any of the included breakfast.
