Daybreak Loft will delight any guest looking for that quintessential Currumbin Beach holiday! Set back 50 steps from Pacific Parade, you will be spoilt for choice with the beach, shops and cafes in this modern architectural beach shack.
Rinse your sandy toes at the front door with the handheld shower after a day of surf and sand and step into your air-conditioned studio equipped with lounge area, TV, full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (K-fee pods), dining table and stools, washer/dryer combo and mini fridge. Take the loft stairs upstairs and find two single beds, fit for young children. Roller blinds will give convenience of privacy or keep them open to enjoy the stunning sea views.
There is a very small space in front of the loft for motorbike or scooter parking. Cars will need to find free street parking along Pacific Parade but you will be able to get around Currumbin with ease without a car with this unbeatable location.
The loft is the little sister behind the main 5 bedroom house - "Daybreak at Currumbin" - but is fully seperate and private with its own entrance.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
This is a no smoking property and pets are not permitted.
