Positive: Spacious room, good parking, nice terrace, good location, fully equipped kitchen (didn't use it), easy to get in/out, safe area, very good host.

Negative: the mattress sags in the middle making for a challenging sleep, the shower light could do with more wattage and more sound insulation would be ideal (to avoid waking up to the dog barking at 6am)

Positive: Everything! Great location and easy to find. Good size. Never stayed anywhere with two shrines in the wall before. Everything you could possibly need is provided, all clean and tidy, even a (an?) hammock in the garden: a whole new experience for me! Soft but very supportive bed. Very attentive host.

Positive: A very nice private house, ground floor, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, and aircon. Easy and safe parking. An outside terras/garden completes it all. We were very happy to choose Davide’s House. Highly recommended!!

Positive: I would really suggest this place, first of all the owner is a very caring person, he goes out of his way to make your stay a perfect one. The communication with the owner is very good and he really speaks good English. I really suggest this place for people with young kids, the location is a very safe one and the private garden is amazing to let them play a bit outside.
