Positive: Some staff were brilliant, such as the pool helpers, dining wait staff and supervisors The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable The location in EIn Bokek is also brilliant, so close to the Dead Sea. The food and dining was a stand out - so many options!

Negative: Some staff were less interested in being helpful (e.g. night shift at front desk) It's standard practice in Israel that pools are shut during winter, but some guests like to swim even when it's a bit cooler, so that's a bit annoying. Overall value for money was pretty good, but still overpriced

Summary: Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay!
