Positive: Loved how rustic it all was but still had good heating and good shower etc. the location is perfect just far enough away from the local villages to feel off grid but still handy if you need anything

Negative: Sofa wasn’t great but that’s really all I can say

Positive: House worth recommending. Beautiful view. You will find everything you need in the house. There is a bench and a table outside.

Negative: It is true, the house has cobwebs, but ! I did not see any spiders. That is the nature of this house. So if you are looking for a cottage house do not be surprised. I would go again. The house is absolutely amazing!

Positive: Feeling really lucky to have been able to stay in this attractive and well equipped little home, with all the space and facilities it offered. Loved sitting at the table in the garden, looking out at coast, bay and mountains beyond, from this little 'nest' set back from, and above, the Killibegs to Kilcar coast road in a lovely quiet location. High ceilings and handmade furniture gave the inside real character too, complete with all the benefits of a good hot shower and well equipped kitchen. Great info from the owner re beaches in walking distance - (really loved the smaller beach that was ideal for a swim) - as well as re excursions and eating out options. Will definitely be returning in the future if we can.

Negative: A sign to say you were in the right place would be appreciated, as you reach the start of the long steep drive. Also the main room could be improved with some well-placed reading lights to let you more easily curl up with a good book. But these are only minor quibbles, compared with all the features that we did appreciate.

Positive: The location and view over the sea was the very best thing about Dave's Wee House. Sitting outside enjoying breakfast with a stunning view over the sea and headland was fantastic.

Negative: Garden/relaxing chairs would be a great addition so it would be possible to relax on the patio or lawn area. The kitchen lacked a few items (eg kitchen scissors).
