Positive: The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with plenty of facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were all of good quality. The instructions from the cleaning team were perfect, parking available for 3 vehicles, quick walk down into the harbour area. It's a lovely quiet area. We were a family of siblings meeting up for a lovely weekend together in Newquay, we had a great time there. A few tweaks, would make it perfect.

Negative: We had a brilliant time, just a few improvements would make it 5 star! ✨ This isn't meant as a criticism, just helpful points to improve. If 2 additional armchairs (like the patchwork one insitu) were purchased they could be moved to either lounge to accommodate 8 people comfortably at the same time without using rigid dining chairs. The bedroom with the ensuite needs a mirror hung next to a plug to use the hairdryer. The hot tub was switched off at the wall, so when we went to use it the water wasn't warm enough. If switched off it also doesn't run the necessary filtration process daily. This matter needs addressing. If we stayed again it would be the first thing we'd check to ensure its warm enough and had run its filtration system. Bathroom walls not soundproofed so all sounds heard in bedrooms. It's a shame there's no downstairs accessible bedroom, though ample space to provide one with the downstairs bathroom (we wouldn't be able to bring our elderly mother to stay here with us, hence our comment). Its still a fantastic home though.

Positive: What a fabulous find! We stayed for a week with my in laws, two daughters and one of their boyfriends and we had a wonderful week. Possibly the cleanest and best equipped holiday homes we've stayed in! Host was lovely and friendly and house itself is in a lovely spot, walking distance to shops and beach with some sea views! The hot tub was icing on the cake and got used almost every day despite the wind and rain!

Summary: Lovely spot, fantastic house, perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Positive: Everything. Beautiful property. The property was very big and yet still felt homely. Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy. Has all the amenities you would have in your own home. Very modern and techy. For all the techy bits like the snazzy oven had manuals which made them easy to figure out and use. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub was lovely and warm. Located perfectly. Big costcutter just down the road (plenty of vegetation and vegan food options too) Walking distance from nice pubs and places to eat. Very close to the sea. The main bedroom with the en-suite had a little balcony which you could see the sea from - just beautiful.

Negative: Only thing is hot water ran out quickly in the shower. But I messaged Hayley and her husband worked around us and when we were ready, then he came and sorted it out. Really lovely and helpful. There isn’t anything I don’t like about it.

Summary: Amazing. Would definitely recommended staying here and hope to return
