Positive: Very nice room, extremely spacious and well equipped. The location is great, close to the center. The restaurant in the first floor is probably one of the best in town.

Negative: Staff was helpful, but some did not speak English very well. It was not a problem, though. It would have been helpful to have the opening times of the billiard place in the third floor, we did not find them in Google maps.

Positive: It is connected to a mall. The decoration is nice. The restaurant associated with the hotel serves good food at an affordable price with friendly professional staff.

Negative: The toilets did not have shaft (water jet spray). Instead they had some built in thing that was not usable for me.

Positive: Underground, secured parking. Quick check in. Friendly staff who speak English and Russian. Room was spacious. Good air conditioning, clean, amenities in bathroom. Hot pot and new water bottles every day. Breakfast on site in the restaurant was good, enough options. Restaurant we had dinner both nights, was very good quality and value. The location was also good, just 5 minutes to the historical part of the city.

Positive: perfect design for restaurant and hall. room was good as well. clean. cozy and quiet place to stay. great location in the city center. free parking available until 22.00 then garage is closing. however in front of the hotel they have available parking for free. fitness also included to the package however we haven’t visited.

Negative: parking area limited hours by 22.00
