Summary: This was a great place to stay! There is a tram stop and bus stop just outside. Also, the staff was so kind and courteous. The room was large and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My late flight was cancelled and I made a last minute booking. Due to the nature of my last minute booking I arrived late and left before the reception team arrived in the morning. The staff member at check in booked me a taxi for the morning. The room was basic but very comfortable.

Summary: Arrived late for check in but the receptionist was still there and welcomed me warmly. Room was fine but basic and very warm-only a desk fan to help with this. Good choice for breakfast and polite service day 1, not so much day 2 (different staff). The reception staff were very helpful directing me towards the relevant public transport
