Positive: The dinner exceeded expectations , except the salad buffet which needs improvement and refills when finished . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities ( including swimming pool, sauna and spa massage) was beautiful.

Negative: A fridge with some water would be nice.

Positive: The place is very authentic, a true Austrian experience. Dinner alone was worth the price.

Negative: We had been travelling for a while and we’re hoping to get our clothes washed but they don’t have the facilities.
