Summary: Great hotel, we absolute enjoy it. It is our favorite place to visit for a weekend. The staff is so kind and helpful. Fantastic bar to enjoy a drink before/after dinner. Nice restaurant in both Farmhause and Minato. Breakfast is absolute fantastic. Room really nice and comfortable.

Summary: I have visited Das James before, and I have always loved it. This time the temperature at the pool was colder than normal, and it was way to cold to swim outside, which is part of the spa experience. When I went to the ladies sauna, I had to go and ask the staff to turn it on, and wait 20 min till it was ready. At my arrival, the service wasn’t very good, both at the reception and the bar, and this is such a shame, because the service use to be over the top. So, this time a dissapointing stay I have to say. But the food is always great.
