Positive: We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is located close to a beautiful forest and a lake, which means it is a perfect place for both summer and winter holidays. The building itself is very old (more than 100 years old), so we were really surprised with its good state. The hosts paid attention to every detail during the renovation, so it has everything for a comfortable life nowadays. By combining old and new design choices, they have created a unique place where you can spend time with your family and friends. There was no single TV in the building. As I understand, this was done on purpose to spend more time talking and playing board games rather than watching TV. The area with a fireplace and gas grill looked cozy and modern. The apartment has a lot of stuff for kids, lots of toys, building bricks, board games, carnival costumes, etc. We were 4 families, 13 people in total. The apartment officially has occupancy for 14 guests, but adding additional guests is negotiable. The hosts were always polite and nice, they listened carefully to every our wish. I recommend this place and have an idea of returning back sometime.

Negative: For those who plan to get here without a car, I must admit that the closest supermarket is relatively far away from the apartment. This was not critical for us, but I can understand if it becomes a problem for someone else.
