Positive: Efficient and Polite staff. Breakfast was good. Location fantastic.
Negative: Staff not trained to go the extra mile such as a request for a wedding anniversary cake was not in their span of 'customer service'.

Positive: The systems and facilities are functional and just right. staff are courteous and helpful. the restaurant dishes out good and tasty fare. the service is quite fast and good. there is a parking for cars..located in central area in town and close to Vellore Fort.
