Positive: The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. It was very clean, well-organized, and the staff were professional and friendly. The food was delicious as well. The only downside was that the windows were not soundproof, so I could hear the generator at night, which was a bit disturbing. Overall, the hotel was excellent. The suite was very spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room, an annex, and two bathrooms. It was more than comfortable for a family and provided plenty of space for a relaxing stay.

Positive: The hotel was more than wonderful—very clean, tidy, modern, and smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean, and it included all the essentials: towels, soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a comb. The location is in the heart of Erbil, and the eighth floor has a terrace with a stunning view for breakfast.
Negative: We ordered cake and tea; the cake was hard and old. The breakfast as well — even though the restaurant is very beautiful, the pastries and cakes were not fresh
