Positive: Exceptional location with a beautiful view on the valley. Swimming pool was great. Delicious breakfast.

Negative: Cold welcome at the reception, otherwise the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. A bit of maintenance to be done (the bathroom door doesn't lock and the Sofa bed needs is not comfortable).

Summary: Overall it was a great stay with my Family.

Positive: I was at Dar Zayane already for the second time. Excellent hotel for bikers, close to National park and Khenifra, nice and spacious rooms with terrace, very kind staff, particularly our waiter Yassine, very fast, polite, always smiling. Also the reception staff was very helpful, we could check in already at 2pm. Excellent breakfast.

Negative: It was good, just pricey for the value received but probably the best option around that area. Cold in the winter so dress warm. Heated air conditioner can’t keep up with the coldness of our bungalow.

Positive: The property is in the middle of nature. Very beautiful pool and very beautiful architecture. The breakfast too was excellent! It is a nice place actually but our experience there wasn’t the best. I know it is a business guys, but don’t forget that our Moroccan hospitality is to welcome people at the door and also to show them the way especially when they arrive in dark!! We are happy to tip the luggage guys! Thank you for understanding our concern and improving these minor details that can cause major issues!

Negative: 1. No Luggage guy to help with our luggage walking up many steps. Because of that our son fell off and had some injuries in his face. 2. There was no hot water for showers in the room. 3. Not a single bottle of water to drink neither in the room nor with breakfast. 4. The curtains in the room windows couldn’t keep the room dark at night and that means no good sleep.
