Positive: One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. The architecture is fantastic, the position is perfect at the entrance of the old Medina. The staff is very kind and breakfast good. It’s great to come back after a day of excursions and sunbathe and relax in the two swimming pools. Great atmosphere. The shower was amazing and the room really clean and comfortable.

Positive: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. It was a little paradise. The rooms were very clean, well decorated in Arabic style, the two pools were very clean in an idyllic environment, the staff very polite and helpful. I would totally recommend this property for a magic stay in Tozeur

Positive: The location was excellent, a really quiet area to relax and enjoy one of their two swimming pools, one of their massages from the hammam or their views from their rooftop terrace. The personnel was really polite and kind with us from checkin to checkout. I will definitely chose this place again when back to Tozeur.

Positive: welcoming structure, in the heart of the Medina with a pleasantly exotic atmosphere. tranquility and relaxation guaranteed. I was offered a very pleasant massage in the SPA. manager and staff extremely friendly and kind.

Negative: Breakfast was all right but it could be improved and rised to the hotel high ststandards.

Positive: This hotel was beautiful and quiet and we loved staying here among all the date palms. We had a lovely dinner by the pool, which would have been nice for swimming in warmer weather. Wish we'd had time to use the cinema room as well!
