Positive: What a gem! Brahim and Andrea were so welcoming and hospitable. The food (all home-cooked, some home-grown and wherever possible locally sourced) was delicious. The views were absolutely stunning - we walked a few miles up the only road (behind the property) and found ourselves in the clouds, with Toubkal towering over us. All-in-all, a fantastic, homely place to stay run by lovely people.

Negative: It was late December, very cold outside (the riad is just below the snow line) and the bedroom could have been a bit warmer; but we knew what we were letting ourselves in for...

Positive: We had a very nice stay at Dar Tassa. Brahim was very friendly and informative making us feel like we are at home. Him and his wife made sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend anyone that’s visiting this part of Morocco to stay at Dar Tassa for their exceptional hospitality and beautiful views.

Positive: View from Terrace; cool mountain air; possible to do short hikes; not touristy. Large superior suite. Friendly hosts.

Negative: Guests who are skirmish may not like the many flies around; Hot water not available whole day. Toiletries should be provided as the norm for superior suite but hosts provided after asking for them. Breakfast choice was rather limited and deserts could be better.However not sure whether it was because we were the only one staying there. WIFi speed slow.

Positive: Quiet mountain location with a feeling of authenticity and being very peaceful. The hosts were lovely and organised a day hike into the local Berber villages for me at short notice. Delicious food too, would 100% recommend!

Positive: Location, views, owner, tranquility. Owner is a superb host with personalised attention. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent, with attention to local ingredients, produce and quality. One of our best stays in Morocco. Photographs do not do it justice.
