Positive: Beautiful architectural in top neighborhood, walking distance to local restaurants, and across the street through a path to the beach.

Negative: I stayed in the Fatima suite which was beautiful. My friend stayed in a room where you had to go though the kitchen and was loud for obvious reasons. Not super welcoming as expected for Tunisian culture. For the price, the breakfast was very thin with not good coffee (and just drip coffee the only option), just a few items like a small yogurt, juice, pound cake (not well baked) and micro crepes with jam one morning, staff was unfriendly to our schedules (saying she only puts out breakfast 7-8 am when there were just a few us staying at the hotel) even after trying to engage them warmly. Zero hospitality. And although one entered the room to take the decorative pillows away the second day the bed was not made. Strange. There was nothing but hand soap in the bathrooms which for the room price is sub standard. Maybe there are not a lot of alternatives as we were recommended this location.

Summary: Beautiful rooms (but not the kitchen one) with sub standard hospitality in a great neighborhood.

Positive: The hotel would be nice but it is not worth the money you pay

Negative: The hotel is poorly maintained. Pool with dirty water, many dry leaves on the glass roof of the room. The room is nice but I found the frame before the bed very uncomfortable (I hit my head several times). The breakfast is very poor and badly organized (the donut is only on one table and I didn't understand if you have to wait for that table to finish eating or go and get it, so in the end I didn't eat it). The first day the lady was quite grumpy, the second day she deigned to give us a few smiles. In the bathroom there was only hand soap, no shower gel or shampoo. I think 180 euros for two nights in this country is a lot for a hotel, Especially if it doesn't meet certain standards. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Positive: Pretty place. Near beach - so good for a swim and easy to walk into town

Negative: Not sure what it is- is it a hotel? It felt like staying in an Airbnb home stay. I had to access my expensive bedroom via the kitchen where the staff were cooking their meals. The staff were also using the sitting room as a disco. Fine if a cheap home stay - but not sure that is what Marsa Cubes is offering?

Positive: The property was beautiful and very cozy. The staff at the house were absolutely a joy to be around. The breakfast they prepared was delicious and if we needed anything they were always available to assist.

Negative: The was no body soap or hair soap in the bathroom. Was not an issue as we stopped at the store and picked up a bard of soap

Summary: Very lovely would stay again.
