Positive: Can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect. The staff are so lovely and the facilities are so clean, modern and feel like a home away from home. I loved everything about our stay, the dinner on arrival and how we were greeted, the breakfast was so delicious, espresso machine in the room, the adorable cats and Alfie and lofi (puppies), the pool, the wine and drinks fridge was amazing. I will comeback for sure.

Positive: Beautiful property, we fell asleep with a burning fireplace in our room which was just perfect and the day of our checkout we were still allowed to spend the day by the pool, so nice!

Positive: The view is vast from the property, overlooking the expansive plain of the Ourika Valley. You cannot capture it in photos. We stayed in the largest of the rooms, which was luxurious and well worth the extra money. The staff were incredible - very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Breakfast was huge and delicious and the evening meal even more so and worth the €30 price. Mohamed took us out to Setti Fadma on one of the days, but other than that we were happy to just relax at the property or take small local walks. We did try the hamam and massage experience as well which, while not cheap, was again excellent. We have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Positive: The best hotel we have ever been to! Amazing view, nice pool area, delicately decorated rooms, delicious food (!!), good massage, and the greatest service you ever could imagine. Owned and managed by a warm and welcoming Moroccan family from Ourika. Would recommend to everyone, and we are already talking about when we could go back. Thank you Mohammed and the whole staff!
