Positive: The host was amazing, very welcoming, and helped us a lot about anything we needed !

Negative: The road can be difficult to access during winter. But Hassan helped us to reach the top, so it was manageable after all.

Positive: Breakfast was very good.

Negative: I had to walk down stairs to turn hot water on because the hot shower taps never shut off. Then, whilst still wet and not wanting to waste hot water, I had to go down the stairs to turn it off. There was nobody in the building after breakfast.

Positive: We stayed for the night on our run/walk from Imlil to Tacheddirt (self organised and without a guide). Hassan and his son were such lovely hosts. The terrace had beautiful views and all the food was great. They gave us a tasty sandwich packed lunch. In April it was a little cold at night so Hassan put on the log burner in the upstairs sitting room and we had the option of eating inside. This is a unique stay in the highest village in North Africa and felt far away from the heavy tourism of other areas. A small shop was open for a short time during our stay. We got a bottle of water from Hassan but also water and sweets from the shop.

Positive: Hassen and his family is so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend to stay in here, the view is breathtaking!! I can stay in the rooftop for a whole day without doing anything! I love this place so much, would definitely come back again in the future!! Btw the breakfast is super delicious too 😋
