Negative: Bathroom door that stays shut is something that every apartment should have ;). Place to hang Your coat inside the room (and not in a cold lobby) should not be too much to ask either.

Positive: Clean and big apartment. Around 10 to 15min walking on foot to the city center, not a crowded area which is good to find a nearby car parking slot. The owner is very helpful, available and very supportive The apartment is so nice, I liked it

Negative: There are stairs in the middle of apartment, this has not impacted me largely, but need to be mentioned for small kids or elder people. The sofa is not outside the sleeping room, which might be challenging for small kids with thier parents (to sleep a way) The bathroom door needed to be fixed, and could not be completely closed. The TV is very small, all in Italian, and not smart to allow Mobile connection, etc... No car parking available with the apartment, you need to search and find a car slot. The Sofa was not so comfortable for sleeping.

Positive: Self check-in was very easy, host was communicative. It's a good location on a nice street, close to cafes and bars, easy walking distance to the center and the apartment was clean.

Negative: Parking was pretty challenging - we did arrive on a Friday evening, but the recommended parking lot was completely full with a line of waiting cars. When sleeping on the sofa bed, the light from the street is quite bright through the window.
