Positive: Prime waterfront location, a lot of restaurants/shops nearby within walking distance

Negative: We were in the building across the street and noticed there were a lot of cars revving their engines each night after 10PM, even on weeknights. It was a bit disruptive.

Summary: Overall a great stay, loved the location and the surrounding restaurants, everything within walking distance.

Negative: The room did not appear to be what I paid for. I did not want to make a big deal about it but I paid for a larger room with a couch and I did not get that. Photos were misleading at minumum.

Summary: Decent, wouldn't come back for that price to be honest.

Positive: Requested one of the quieter rooms with Water View and I believe we did get the best one.

Negative: I think that the area around the hotel needs more attention as there was always trash strewn about and some of it seems to have been there for quite sometime. The decks and outdoor furniture need cleaning!
