Positive: Liked everything. Staff were amazing. Food great As a Mum of one of the Saudi athletes at Al Ain equestrian competition, it was so nice to meet all delegations at breakfast and dinner and the staff were so helpful

Negative: Hotel DOES NOT have interconnected room. They have but they don’t open the door between the rooms for unknown’s reasons which is very weird ! So with the big family with kids you have to stay in separate rooms.

Negative: should be more activity for kids. there is only pool and playarea. Toilets shower not working even we called 3 times and informed at reception but no one come and fix the leakage. Thats turn me off

Positive: Facilities were good and rooms were comfortable although outdated. Pool staff and pool bar service was great. Dinner in the out restaurant was delicious and service was good

Negative: Reception team were so mean when asking for late checkout for 1 of 3 rooms book and was totally refused. Even when i was on the way to hotel they have informed me although i have checked in around 9 pm. As per them there was some group coming and the hotel next day is fully booked and they need all the rooms so i ended up booking 1 room for next day to be able to use it and check out when i want( room was available on this case!). Breakfast quality was poor and no big variety. Some things good and some not. Overall hotel is a family hotel but i think managment should do good changes to keep the standards good. For me, there could be a small chance for a re visit but most probably no. I think it should not be rated as a 5 star hotel if it would be compared to another 5 star hotel. 4 star is more than enough
