About four hundred years ago, the present village was built. Over the years, many families in Dana village have moved to the nearby village of Qadissiya in search of better jobs, schools, and housing. The village is now abandoned. When Dana became a nature reserve, we restored our family houses and made it a commendation for tourists who started to come and visit the nature. We named it Dana Tower Hotel. Our hotel consists of 31 traditional rooms. We have given our rooms names such as Honey Moon Room, the Cave Room, the Sunset Royal, the Meditation Room, etc. As our guest, it is our goal to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible while with us. Please do not hesitate to contact any member of the staff should there be anything that we can do to make your stay more pleasant. The Dana Towe­r Hotel has comfortable rooms along with lots of extras to make­ your visit better. Our regular rooms have­ up-to-date features to he­lp your time here be­ fun and easy. You can see be­autiful scenery of the outdoors and le­arn about the long history of Dana town. Positive: The hotel is located at the highest point in Dana village and our room had stunning views from Wadi Dana. It is an excellent place to rest, recharge and enjoy nature. Salma cooked us delicious meal, Ahmad showed us around the natural reserve. Congrats Hazem on a wonderful team and hotel.
Negative: The property is a bit old but its charm compensates. In any case, the place is comfortable and worth the visit.
Summary: Wholesome retreat in Dana Villge, hikes and delicious food.

Positive: We really enjoyed our time at the Dana Tower Hotel! The view from the accommodation over Dana valley is incredible and the food cooked by Selma is delicious. Unfortunately due to the regional dynamics, there were very few tourists so the staff were so kind to let us choose our own room despite paying for the most basic one - we got an incredible, private suite with a wonderful view and balcony and this made all the difference to our stay. The place also has many lovely terraces to relax on and have a snack or drink from the local store across the road. Again, we had the included breakfast and paid for the dinner, both were great and I highly recommend. The hotel also offers to do laundry. The hotel provided paid tours and guided hikes which we did not take advantage of as we had our own car. All in all, a great choice in Dana.
Negative: From viewing the property, not all rooms are great. Many of the cheaper options are small, dark and dusty without their own bathroom.

Positive: EVERYTHING! The owners greeted us themselves and they're super friendly and welcoming. They go by the concept 'make yourself at home' in which they've really offered that experience. Food was exceptionally tasty for both breakfast and dinner. We went there when during the Iranian war so there weren't too many tourists. The hotel gave us the choice to freely choose any rooms we wanted. Not too far from the hotel, you can already witness the majestic view of Dana Biosphere : )
Negative: Probably just the stains on the pillow case that are quite visible. Would be cool to keep only the stainless ones.

They were so attentive and helped us figure out how to make the most of our time in Dana. We also loved learning about the history of this town and area from them!
