Positive: The variety of food choices. The server's willingness to get me a glass of ice when I asked.

Negative: The hotfood items were lukewarm at best, and would have been much better with just a bit more heating, or a quick zap in the microwave when served.

Summary: The hotel is consistently good, great location, and the service at the desk was excellent.
