Summary: Really so beautiful Da Lat Palace hotel.So many kind of flowers in the garden. Nice and very classic design and architecture hotel. Beautiful room and excellent staff. Very nice free tea and free breakfast included.. I am very happy to stay at this place hotel. Will coming back here every time in Dalat..

Summary: This hotel doesn’t really feel like a five-star property. It’s quite old and somewhat run down—closer to a 3+ star experience. However, the views are breathtaking and the building has a lot of historical charm. The gym is very small, with outdated machines and unfortunately full of mosquitoes, so it’s not very usable. We also had mosquitoes in the room. The balcony door had a gap underneath, which made the room windy at night and likely allowed mosquitoes to come in. The first room we were given was nothing special. After we complained, we received an upgrade, but the room still felt old and quite dark. Some things were broken, like a cabinet handle. They only provide a very old iron with no steamer. The afternoon tea was nice but not something you’d want to do every day. Breakfast was average and didn’t feel very fresh, with flies around the buffet. On the positive side, the bell staff were lovely—always cheerful and dressed nicely in traditional outfits. The garden is beautiful and a great place for a walk or some exercise with all the stairs. The location is also convenient, close to the night market, the square, the lake, a supermarket, a small mall and many restaurants around. We stayed three nights, but one night would have been enough. I wouldn’t stay here again, though it might still be worth visiting during the day for the view.

Summary: Our 2nd trip to this wonderful, historic hotel. The staff was incredible, from check in, dining room, room service, housekeeping, all outstanding. When combined with an incredible view of the lake and downtown Dalat, this beautiful old piece of historical significance is hard to beat.

Summary: Very classy hotel and extremely good service. Coincidentally my parents stay here for their honeymoon in 1960. It’s been beautifully updated, but still has a very French history and charm to it. Also has a great view of the lake. Very peaceful place to stay coming from Saigon.

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the decoration throughout the hotel was welcoming. The staff were exceptionally nice and very professional, always ready to help with a smile. We had an early morning flight and requested a special breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was fantastic in accommodating our request—the breakfast was prepared on time and included a delicious selection. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
