Positive: Exactly what we were looking for and expecting. The Wardshus is about a 5 minute drive from town with parking right next to your room and a view down to the lake. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned, there is a per-stay linen charge if you don't bring your own (details included in the message you receive when you book - I think we paid 150SEK per person). Breakfast room is large with an outside sitting area too, again with a view down to the lake, has a good buffet and great coffee...

Negative: WiFi patchy (this might have been because we were a little way from the main buildings) and TV options limited - but then that's probably a good thing for a relaxing break!
