Positive: Elisa is a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and was immediately responsive to WhatsApp messages. The room is lovely and of a good quality - like a very decent hotel room. The location is perfect. Right in the centre of San Gemini, next to Palazzo Vecchio. We arrived by train from Roma Termini to Terni. It is 20 minutes by car from Terni to San Gemini. We used the cafe in the square a lot. The staff are lovely, the coffee and beers is fabulous, lovely food and it is not expensive. We had a good dinner at La Pecora Nera, also on the square. San Gemini is very small and is very well preserved. We visited the nearby Roman settlement of Carsulae. Very good to see and worth a visit.

Summary: Very lovely. Dal Podestà, and Elisa, is worth a visit :)

Positive: Hosts Elisa and Alessandra were exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is small but equipped with everything needed. The high end bathroom was much appreciated for its heated towel rack and delightful shower after a long chilly day on bicycles. We took heed of their restaurant recommendation and had an exceptional dinner that evening. Everything was perfect

Positive: Fantastically situated! Right in the middle of beautiful San Gemini. Emilia and Allesandro gave perfect information and instructions about driving begore we got there. Unbelievably serviceminded. Thanks to them we had an unforgetable meal in San Gemini - at one of the redtsurants they recommended. They went out of thrir way to make syre we made the most of our two days in Sam Gemini. We hope to be back soon🙏🏼

Positive: Fantastic Guest house, very high end bathroom and decor was beautiful in the room too.

Negative: As this is street level property cars going by were loud especially in a narrow walled streets. It might not affect everyone but we noticed it lots.

Positive: Great location in the heart of the historic town, right on the Camino Protomartiri pilgrimage route. It provides the weary pilgrim with every luxury. Great communication with very sympathetic landlords. A few steps from the apartment a beautiful little church, a city park and an old authentic bar.
