Summary: The janitorial staff and performance was superb! Every thing was spotless, the staff was cheerful and the clean -up periods were flexible. Big plus for our group. Mr. Higa was very helpful in fixing a booking problem in the middle of the night with a tired frustrated group. Good job!

Summary: My husband and I stayed here after a night out in Naha. The rooms are very affordable considering this is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in for this price. The room was clean and has all the amenities you'll need for a night stay. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and speak English.

Summary: Such a convenient location. One staff in particular was super helpful The room was clean The only issues I have were the housekeeping always put their carts right next to my room so I would hear them in the morning and there was no English on the TV. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet but if you don’t like Japanese food you’ll be very disappointed because the only Western type food they had was the salad and the fruits everything else was all Okinawa type of foods which I happen to love but I think many Westerners aren’t like me. No egg station where you could order eggs the way you want they did have scrambled eggs and they did have something that resembled a French toast but didn’t taste like French toast at all. For me I give this hotel two thumbs up for location. service and convenience.

Summary: 從出發前跟飯店的信息溝通就非常快速，且樂於幫助旅客。入住後家裡人都非常滿意，房間大且乾淨，早餐也很豐富，前台員工友善有禮，地點也好，這次帶媽媽、小朋友入住，很開心! 到沖繩一定會再入住這裡。 Wonderful experience even! Good spot, nice and friendly workers, room was cozy and clean. We got a very great living experience over there. Best recommend, and will love to stay again in future.
